Job Purpose

The purpose of this job is to supervise the packing and filling operation of cephalosporin area, so the products are delivered and supplied on time to the patients at the end of our supply chain in consideration of GSK Quality Policy and vision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production:

• 
  To supervise filling and packaging operations to achieve the production plan on time
• Support in maximum utilization of resources for delivery of quality products and to improve KPIs.
• To contribute to updating of production visual boards.
• Timely reporting of OEE’s of lines.
• Timely reporting of machine breakdowns in CMMS.
• Use SAP for Packing material activity, Good Issuance and Good Receipt.

2. Quality Compliances:

• 
  Involve in right first-time performance
• Perform timely in-processes and line clearance activities.
• Ensure Quality compliance requirements of Line

3. EHS:

• 
  Support in conducting Risk assessment.
• Ensure the embedding of living safety culture
• Ensure EHS compliance requirements of Line

Ensure LOTO application in the area of responsibility.
